            Inconel600 Features and application areas overview:
            The alloy is a nickel-chromium-iron-based solid solution strengthening alloy with good high temperature corrosion and oxidation resistance, excellent hot and cold processing and welding properties, with satisfactory thermal strength and high plasticity below 700 ℃. The alloy can be strengthened by cold working, but also by resistance welding, soldering or brazing. It is suitable for producing anti-oxidation parts under 1100 ℃ under low load.

            Inconel600 Process performance and requirements:

            3, the alloy has good welding performance, the original arc welding, welding, resistance welding and brazing and other methods of connection, large or complex welding structure after welding at 870 ℃ annealing 1h, to eliminate welding stress.
            4, the alloy shall be machined after heat treatment, due to material hardening, it is appropriate to use lower than the standard machining of low-alloy austenitic stainless steel cutting speed and heavy knife for processing, to car into the hardened surface below . surface.
